Gian joined Fairview Partners in 2024 to serve as Managing Director of Capital Markets and oversee our capital introduction and raise efforts across our family office, RIA and Ultra-High-Net-Worth channels.

Having previously served in a variety of senior, external sales executive positions covering Real Estate, Private Credit, Hedge Fund and Private Equity strategies, Gian brings over 15 years of experience with both liquid and illiquid alternative investments to Fairview Partners and an in depth understanding of the alternative investment markets and where they are headed.

Gian is a graduate of the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business where he earned his BSBA in Real Estate and Finance. He holds his FINRA series 7 and 66 licenses and is studying for his Charter Alterative Investment Analyst Designation (CAIA). He currently lives in Gladwyne, PA with his wife, daughter, and 90 pound lab, Hugo.
