Bruce co-founded Fairview Partners in September 1999 after founding Pacific View Partners, Inc. in 1995, a private investment firm focused on opportunities in Vietnam. Pacific View Partners’ activities included the formation of an import/export trading company, the establishment of a national car rental franchise as well as a successful restaurant operation.

From 1989-1994, Bruce was one of four partners at Asset Management Services, Inc. where he was responsible for raising investment funds for major clients which included Martin Currie and Tiger Management.

From 1968-1989, Bruce held positions of increasing responsibility at various investment firms including Salomon Brothers, Inc. and Lazard Freres and Co.

Bruce graduated from Colgate University with a B.A. He served as a Captain and Naval Aviator in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1963 – 1967.
